I am a Healthcare Professional, how do I order from you?

Please click on the ‘Health Professional’ button xxx . You will either be asked to log in to your account (if you have previously shopped with us) or register. If this is the first time you have used the Stepify website as a healthcare professional, we will need to approve your account.  This is usually done on the same day 9:00 am – 3:00pm Monday –Friday.  If you register outside of this time, we will approve your account on the next working day.  Once your account has been approved, you can use the shop to order.  

I am a parent or caregiver of a patient, how do I order from you?

Please use the home page or xxx to find the products you require. Once you have placed the items in your basket, place your order by clicking on the ‘Checkout’ button.

I can’t find the product, or I need more info to order? 

If you’re can’t find what you’re looking for on the Stepify website or you need more information to complete your order please contact us on +27 (0) 21 462 7457 or email Gaby at info@stepify.co.za. Our hours are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays from 9:00am to 3:00pm.

Can I pick up my order from you?

Yes you can pick up from our office in Cape Town. Please email info@stepify.co.za to arrange a day and collection time. 

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay by credit card or instant EFT using the Stepify online shop. Or you can do an EFT directly into our bank account and email the proof of payment to info@stepify.co.za with your name as reference.

How are my details kept secure?

We understand the importance of maintaining the privacy of your personal information and we comply with the South African POPIA act. (do we need to do a POPIA document?)
